What is self-serve yogurt and what makes Very Berry Yogurt different from other yogurt shops?
In a self-serve shop, customers fill their own cups with whatever yogurt and toppings they want. Their cup is weighed, and then they pay by the ounce. Can I customize my order?
All orders are customizable. We offer many options to choose from. If you have any questions please contact Theveryberryyogurt@gmail.com
Do you offer pick-up?
You can pick up your order in Wildomar, California. This option is available at check out. Your order will be ready within 24 hours. There is no fee for pick up.
Do you offer delivery?
We currently offer deliveries in Riverside County only. This option is available at check out for a $25 fee. If you have any questions regarding deliveries outside of Riverside County please contact Theveryberryyogurt@gmail.com
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we love our international customers!
When will my order(s) arrive?
Orders in the United States will arrive within 4-10 days.
All international orders will arrive within 1-3 weeks.
*Please note we do not ship or process orders on the weekend!
In exceptional circumstances, it may take longer.
Delivery times are dependent on USPS.
Delivery times may be extended at USPS discretion.
Very Berry Yogurt is not liable for any delays while USPS is in possession of the customer's order(s).
We provide USPS tracking number for all orders via email and/or text to the contact information provided at checkout.
Missing/Lost/Damaged Package
Once your package is in possession of USPS, Very Berry Yogurt is not responsible for any packages that are missing, lost, or damaged by USPS.
Very Berry Yogurt is not liable for missing/lost packages if the tracking number shows the package was delivered.
All of our packages are tracked and insured. In the events that your package is missing, lost or damaged by USPS, you can file a claim directly with USPS at
https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
What is the refund policy?
Once you receive your item you have 7 days to return an item for a full refund or online store credit. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product.
We do not issue refunds for cancellations.
We do not refund items sent to an incorrect address given by the customer.
Please make sure that the address you provide is correct.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
If approved for a return, a store credit code will be emailed to the email address on file within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Your store credit will be a code which you will receive in your email, to apply at the checkout. You do not need an account to use the store credit.
To complete your return:
Returns must include original receipt or a note including the following
- Full name the order was placed in/email
- How many items you are returning
- Order Number
- Reason to why you are returning the item
What is the exchange Policy?
If you wish to exchange your item for another size or color, you must return your unwanted item back to us.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
After we receive, inspect and approve your item, a store credit code will be emailed to the email address on file within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Your store credit will be a code which you will receive in your email, to apply at the checkout. You do not need an account to use the store credit. You may then place an order for the desired item.

Chargebacks
You must contact or email Theveryberryyogurt@gmail.com before filing a chargeback.
It is illegal and against our policy for the customer to receive both the refund and product.
Very Berry will not allow theft transactions.
